While contract tendering for the 4 civil contracts continues for the Downtown Line 2 Extension (DTL2e), work has commenced on advanced site preparation in the form of demolition works. Contract 9177, awarded to Woh Hup Engineering Pte Ltd, has seen the hoarding up of several factories within the Sungei Kadut project corridor.
