Expo update

Expo station is sandwiched between several developments and has a pretty dramatic look to the construction site. Excavation goes on pretty close to the Changi City Point, with some parts of the walkway literally at the edge of the temporary earth retaining system (diaphragm walls). 27 November 2011 - Downtown Line 3 ground breaking was at Expo

27 November 2011 - The end of the ceremony saw the BC Cutter being
unveiled for the grand finale where the guest of honour commenced work

21 April 2012 - Excavation proper has yet to begin with diapghragm
wall works taking place first
